Use the form below to request a trip. Once you submit, one of our team members will reach out, typically by phone, on the same business day, to confirm the details, answer any questions, and finalize the booking.

What Happens Next
Once you submit within business hours:
We’ll review your request.
A team member will call you back, same day (if it’s within business hours) on a workday.
We’ll confirm pricing, pickup time, and any other details.
On the day of your trip, your driver will arrive at the door and take it from there.
You’ll be able to track the ride live through our Duet platform once it’s underway.
